Our Instructor: Sondy Taran

Sondy Taran is a nationally certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and a Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. After experiencing a life-changing yoga class in Arizona in 2009, she knew yoga would become an integral part of her journey. In 2010, she discovered Iyengar Yoga and was drawn to its strong emphasis on alignment and the deep mind-body connection it fosters.
Sondy became a Hatha yoga teacher in 2013 and began a three-year Iyengar Yoga teacher training program in 2015, earning her national certification in 2018. She has also studied at the Chopra Center University in California, where she became certified as a Primordial Sound Meditation instructor.
