These mat-based Pilates classes follow the STOTT PILATES® principles and incorporate small props to improve body awareness, strength, and endurance. Each session delivers a full-body workout designed to build flexibility, tone, and stamina—leaving you feeling strong, energized, and balanced.

Pilates is a big part of my daily life, helping improve my strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental well-being. Through mindful movement, I’ve seen firsthand how it supports both physical health and stress management.
While I never expected to teach, I love sharing my knowledge to help people of all ages reach their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to see small but meaningful improvements—like moving pain-free or gaining independence in everyday tasks.
I’m passionate about helping others become more body-aware, manage the effects of aging and stress, and I’m excited to continue my journey with certification and be part of the Create Balance team.
